My name is Daniel and I live in a small town near the sea. On Saturdays I have a very busy morning because I help my family with the housework. First, I make my bed and tidy my room. Then I help my mum in the kitchen. I don't cook, but I wash the dishes and put them away. My little sister Lucy doesn't help much because she is only five, but she feeds our cat, Pepper. After lunch we go shopping together. We never go to the big shopping centre; we walk to the small market near our house. Mum buys fruit and vegetables, and I always buy some bread. In the afternoon I don't watch TV. I take Pepper for a walk in the park and meet my best friend, Tom. We play football until it gets dark. Saturday is my favourite day of the week because I spend it with my family and friends.
