Last summer my family and I went to London for a week. We stayed in a small hotel near the city centre. On the first day we were very tired after the long flight, so we just walked around and had dinner in an Italian restaurant. The next morning we visited the British Museum, which was free and really interesting. My favourite place was the London Eye — from the top we could see the whole city. The weather was not very good: it rained almost every day, but we still had a great time. We bought some souvenirs for our friends and took hundreds of photos. I would love to go back one day.
