Thanks for your email! I'm so happy you're coming to visit me next month. I can't wait to see you. Let me tell you about my new flat. It's on the third floor of an old building in the city centre. It has two bedrooms, so you can stay in the spare room. There's a big window in the living room with a view of the park.
The area is great. There's a supermarket just around the corner and a really nice café where they make the best coffee. The underground station is only five minutes away, so it's easy to get anywhere.
When you arrive, take the train from the airport to Central Station and then call me. I'll come and meet you. Don't forget to bring your warm coat — it can be cold here in the evenings!
