This User Agreement (hereinafter — the "Agreement") governs the operation of this site (hereinafter — the "Site") and defines the terms of use of the Site's materials and services. The Site Administrator provides information about itself, as well as contact details for feedback, on the Site. This Agreement is a public offer in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The performance of implied actions by individuals or legal entities (hereinafter — the "User") aimed at using the Site is considered unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. The User hereby confirms that acceptance of the Agreement is equivalent to signing and concluding the Agreement on the terms set out in this Agreement.
TERMS OF USE OF THE SITE
- The use of any materials and services of the Site is governed by the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The materials and services of the Site are intended solely for use for lawful purposes.
- The User has the right, at their own discretion, to review the Site's materials and services, and to order and purchase goods and/or services offered on the Site.
- The User agrees to use the Site without violating the property and/or non-property rights of third parties, as well as any prohibitions and restrictions established by applicable law, including without limitation: copyright and related rights, rights to trademarks, service marks, and appellations of origin of goods, rights to industrial designs, rights to use images of people, as well as any actions that lead or may lead to disruption of the normal operation of the Site and the Site's services, in particular by using programs to interfere or attempt to interfere with the Site's normal functioning.
- Use of Site materials without the consent of the rights holder is not permitted. Lawful use of Site materials requires the consent of the Site Administrator or the rights holder of the materials.
- Where technically possible, the User has the right to leave comments and other entries on the Site. The User guarantees that comments or other entries do not violate applicable law and do not contain materials that are unlawful, obscene, defamatory, discrediting, threatening, pornographic, or hostile in nature, nor materials containing harassment or signs of racial or ethnic discrimination, calls to commit acts that may be classified as criminal offenses, or that are otherwise inadmissible, materials promoting a cult of violence and cruelty, or materials containing profanity. The Site Administration is not obligated to pre-moderate materials and entries posted on the Site by Users. The User is solely and fully responsible for tests, comments, entries, and other materials left by the User on the Site.
- The Site Administrator is not responsible for the User's visiting and use of external resources that may be linked to from the Site; the User follows links contained on the Site to external resources at their own discretion and at their own risk.
- The User agrees that the Site Administration is not liable to the User in connection with any possible or actual losses or damages related to any content of the Site, goods or services available on the Site or obtained through external sites or resources, or other contacts the User entered into using information posted on the Site or links to external resources.
- By providing, in any form (registration on the Site, placing orders, subscribing to promotional mailings, etc.), their personal data to the Site Administration, the User expresses consent to the processing of personal data by the Site Administration in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006. Processing of the User's personal data is governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the Site's Privacy Policy.
- The Site Administrator has the right, at any time and unilaterally, without any notice to the User, to change the content of the Site, as well as to change the terms of this Agreement. Such changes take effect from the moment the new version of the Agreement is posted on this page. The current version of the Agreement is always located on this page. To avoid disputes regarding changes to the Agreement, the Site Administrator recommends periodically reviewing the content of the Agreement on this page. If the User disagrees with the changes made, they must stop using the Site.
- The Site Administrator has the right to unilaterally restrict the User's access to the Site if it reasonably believes that the User is engaging in unlawful activity. In addition, the administrator has the right to remove Users' materials at the request of authorized government bodies or interested parties if such materials violate applicable law or the rights of third parties.
- The Site Administrator and the User are liable for failure to perform or improper performance of their obligations in accordance with the Agreement and the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The Site Administrator is not responsible for technical interruptions in the operation of the Site; however, the Site Administrator undertakes to take all reasonable measures to prevent such interruptions.
- Any possible disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
- All data placed or being placed on this Site is located on equipment situated in the territory of the Russian Federation. The Administrator has the right to stop the operation of the Site, as well as to partially or completely suspend access to the site until the necessary technical maintenance and/or modernization of the Site is completed.
- By performing actions to accept this Agreement (offer), the User guarantees that they have read, agree to, and fully and unconditionally accept all terms of the Agreement as a whole, and undertake to comply with them.
